Customer service was horrible the worst I've ever experienced every time I go there I always have a problem I missed a day of work and money due to their negligence so I had to come back again with my vehicle they did provide me with a vehicle I came back to deliver the vehicle to them for them to call my warranty company to find out why they would not cover the problems with my car they told me to go wait in the lobby and they would get with me around 8 I went to them because it was after 8 then they told me to just go back home they will call me later because it would take a few hours to get with the warranty company to find out what they would cover on my car I don't think this was necessary I will never buy another vehicle from Hyundai again or recommend you to anyone thank you

Came in for an oil change and was told I needed a tune up to change the spark plugs, But....this was just performed less than 7000 miles ago. I have had all my service performed with you since I bought the vehicle. The service rep checked the system and said she saw where this had been done and that it was the technician’s fault for writing that and y’all have been having problems with him. Now I have lost some of the trust I had with you. Was this an attempt to collect on something that didn’t need repaired? Are you addressing the issue with your mechanic if this is an ongoing issue?

I drive a lot for work. Today my battery died. I called, Anthony answered and said if I could get the car up there, he’d take care of me. I got a jump and went up to Vandergriff Hyundai. An hour later I was back at work. Thanks Anthony!

After the surprising situation that "could" have been really bad had my car died in front of a diesel truck or in traffic, and then another dealership completely disregarding the customer dealing with that (Bob Stallings), I am beyond pleased and satisfied with the treatment Vandergriff service TEAM exemplified!
