Anthony was not helpful. In fact, was very rude when I initially called to report a problem with my car. Response I was expecting and should have received "yes, we are aware of the issues with the engine on the Sonatas. Go ahead and bring the car in and we will get that checked out for you." Instead, Anthony kept talking to me about a diagnostic fee and I couldn't get a loaner because they have been out since February. Service manager also had the nerve to tell me I couldn't get a loaner because my car had over 100k miles on it. Vandergriff had my car for over 2 weeks with NO phone call whatsoever. I called on Monday 4/26 for status. Anthony said my car had not been assigned to a technician. So NO, not happy AT ALL with your service or how I was treated by your staff.
Everyone in the service department were courteous and efficient. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there to be serviced. My 2013 now drives like it was brand new!

Service receptionist was rude. Invoices unclear and being double billed via text and in person. Invoices not matching. Services not explained on invoice. Failing grade overall.
They just didn't have the parts to fix it.
Anthony as always does a excellent job so no complaints on his part. The only issue I experienced on my last service was that I had asked them to check one of my tires because it was leaking air,and all they did was fill the tire and didn't patch it.So by the time I arrived home my tire was so low I had to have my husband fix it and he found a nail.I have never uncountered a problem like this in your service department before,but I would greatly appreciate it.If I wouldn't have to experience an issue like this again going forward.Thank you
It wasn't Anthony fault. He was very good. The problem was with your head office. IT Shouldn't have taken a week to solve my recall problem.
The car was ready in record time. Maggie kept me up on how it was going, and I was headed home more quickly than I expected.

Feel like acceleration is hesitating and I’m leaving in a car trip on Friday. Unfortunately your service dept had no openings to check it out. Your agent said they would have to put my 2020 Elantra on computer but had no openings before I left town. I will check with y’all upon my return and hopefully not have any problems on my trip.
