No more car wash. Higher price less service. The service lady was 5 stars. But I was disappointed with price and reduced services (wash).
Fabian offered great customer service. The only thing I would recommend. When telling a customer 2 to 3 days. Maybe say estimated around 2 to 3 days or it could be longer. When you don't deliver when you say it could bit a tad bit frustrating. My over experience was great. I really like texting. Every time I had a question he responded immediately. He never forgot about me. Fabian is a great asset.
I waited an hour and forty minutes. It is frustrating to make an appointment and wait an hour and forty minutes for an oil change.
The actual appointment was fine. Last week I set up an appointment online that didn’t work even though the website said it was scheduled.

The first time I established contact concerning about a recall, the department said it would about 2 or more hours to check. So today I received a call within an hour saying my car is ready for pick up. This is strange because I had an oil change as well. Makes me feel that they didn't even look at the recall issue

Dropped vehicle off early. Waited on Lyft to pick up and drive home. Was finally told that they would not be arriving anytime soon. Called Uber for pickup (30.00) and then got halfway home and got call my vehicle was ready. I could have been told when I was there that my vehicle will be ready shortly instead of waiting that money on the Uber!
We scheduled service on Tuesday for the car to be dropped on on Friday and received a confirmation text. When we arrived on Friday they said they had no record of an appointment and had no idea what needed to be serviced on the car. My husband confirmed everything with our service manage this morning. These types of issues have been happening for the past several years. Poor service and poor communication.
