I purchased my car 3.5 weeks ago. My vehicle has been in the shop 3 times since purchase not including the when it was in the shop before it was delivered to me. So when I purchased the car I couldn’t bring it home and I didn’t receive it till 4 days later. My car has been in the shop for the total of four times and the problem is not yet resolved. I was told today that the shop does not know what is wrong and they do not know how to begin to fix it. Vandergriff Hyundai does not want to replace my defective vehicle but instead want me to spend countless hours, time, and inconvenience that I don’t have. I have a family and children where I need my vehicle. What Vandergriff did tell us was that we can “trade in” this vehicle for one that is fully functional for $100 more a month payments. It is unfair that the dealership will not help us with this issue or situation.

I have not had a vehicle serviced, although I am supposed to be reimbursed for a door lock actuator that was inoperable at time of delivery and have not received the reimbursement, receipt was sent to you , I would appreciate reimbursement as promised and agreed on deal , I’m Anthony S

In 7+ years coming to Vandergriff, this was the worse experience. I took the vehicle in with no battery problems. You all Had the vehicle over 4 weeks to diagnose and replace the motor. Now I’m told I need to replace a 2 1/2 year old battery. The positive Hyundai found the motor was defective and you replace the headlight assembly at no charge. I have my 2015 Hyundai scheduled for the 19th. I’m expecting the quality of service you showed pre-Covid.
