I have never had such terrible service. From Steve, the service director to Fernando, the service manager. They not only failed to return phone calls, and text replies and Fernando actually lied to me and my wife. I will never do business again at vandergriff Hyundai.

25 days... you've had my car for 25 days to finally tell me my battery is dead. I spoke to 2 different guys a total of 3 times. Then got charged $80 for checking the battery. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years. I'll never come back. I was even going to buy a palisades from y'all but if that's the service I'm going to receive... no thank you.

There was damage done to my vehicle while it was being serviced at your dealership. I brought the issue up to the manager on duty, but found the response underwhelming, to say the least. The damage to the rear bumper was a cause for concern to me. The deep chips to the paint and windshield are concerning as well. There are no chips in the paint on the front bumper or lens covers. I am not sure what occurred when my car was taken to the back for the detailing, but the results were unacceptable. No one, other than myself, bothered to take photos to document my issue. I was simply told that service manager would contact me. I am now waiting for said response.

As I’ve already reported; I was very frustrated with the time it took to complete my service. Even though I had an appointment on Wednesday, my car wasn’t even seen until Saturday. It then took until Wednesday to complete the service. Also, there is a stain on the driver seat that I do not remember being there when I dropped it off.
