I was having service done at both Hyundai and Honda at the same time. The care and commitment from the Honda team outshined a Hyundai team by far. It is a night and day comparison. I was actually having the same work done at both locations, Honda was $30 cheaper and the did the work in under 30 mins. Please note that I had an appointment at both locations. Hyundai took almost 2 1/2 hours. Hyundai lacks the same customer service skills as it’s sister store next-door. This created a huge frustration for me same work, same brand, should equal the same care and commitment to there customers.

Felt very ignored by service team, they were very unorganized. This was my first time here and last time there.
I paid for the highest Zaktek plan and the interior was not cleaned as I would have expected. The leather seating was not cleaned as well as could have been done.

I have been a consistent customer for the past 3- 4 years. I have had issues with customer service in the past but today has caused me to terminate my service with Vandergriff Hyundai. I verbalized that to the young lady and she was fine with it. Never thanked me or even try to help resolve the issue. I am not sure if there are new employees but they are really lacking customer CARE training. Thank you

I think my warranty should cover the metal portion or the entire left rearview mirror, since the colored portion or the BODY of the mirror just fell off without an accident.
I was just sitting in the parking lot.
Later, I realized it was not there. I retraced my steps and when i went back to my health appointment i had earlier, there was the cover having men pushed up to the concrete bumper in the parking spot. It was not bent, but was scratched up by the gravel.
I am nervous that it could happen again.
He kept me update and went over stuff thoroughly.
