The service was terrible and no updates from them. I made an appointment and only after arriving they told me it would be 3 days to look at it because they were behind which took 7 days. I will never buy from this dealership or every recommend at to them. The worst customer service ever!!! This has turned me off of ever owning a Hyundai ever again!

I was charged twice for the tire rotation from the lady at the front desk. I told her I had already submitted my card, but she swipe it again. I would like a refund please. Everything else was great.

Fernando was excellent, he kept me informed. Overall though, waiting over 3 months for a part is highly unacceptable, and on top of that, I am charged for work associated to replacing the half block that was faulty. This was my 2nd car from Vandergriff Hyundai , and my 3rd from the Vandergriff family of dealerships. The fact that sr. Mgmt would only discount $100 was a slap in the face. My car was filthy upon pick up from sitting outside for over 3 months and the gas empty. Again Fernando is the only person who delivered servic to me. I believe we ar finished with Vandergriff unfortunately.
I went to change the oil and it has always been full synthetic, when I went to pay I realized that they put regular oil. All my cars are hyundai and all of them have always used full synthetic oil in all of them. I asked to change to synthetic and four minutes later it was supposedly already changed. I think it is impossible to do all the work in four minutes. When they gave it to me they gave it a synthetic blend, not full synthetic.

Anthony was very nice and the service was quick. The entire staff was friendly and looked to serve me when they couldn’t find my appointment. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. Anthony was personable and relatable. I appreciated his garrulousness and kindness.
I understand that the dealership is busy and short staffed but I am not satisfied with the customer service from the service department. I understand that there may be a list for a loaner vehicle but I am very disappointed at the fact that I was not made aware until Friday that I had to submit drivers license and insurance information. So that makes me upset. Also I am incredibly disappointed at the lack of communication I received. I had to call several times to speak to someone regarding the status of my vehicle and there was a few times where I was on hold for a while. I would have appreciated some communication from my service advisor about the status of what was going on. The car was looked at Friday afternoon and I was not made aware of that until I had to cal Saturday afternoon. That also makes me upset and it makes feel like I was kept in the dark. Overall I was not satisfied with the customer service from the service department.
She was very friendly and helpful informed me that there was a recall on the brakes on my car and took care of it thank you
I was charged for something I didn’t want done to my car I told them to let me know before they do anything to my car so I can know prices but the didn’t and ran test I couldn’t afford because I was going under my warranty. I was force to pay that or they will hold my car
