Very disappointed that I couldn't get a loaner, so I had to have my elderly aunt and uncle drop me a car off to avoid riding with them. Waited about 15 minutes to get checked in because my advisor was assisting another customer. Because of the wait, my car was moved and then had to be brought back out when She finally came out to assist me. She was frustrated as was I, so we did not gel very well,which caused a guy named Steve to come over to see what was going on. I was told it would be at least 48 hours before my car could have diagnostics run.Before lunch the next day I received a text saying it was ready.I still do not like the way it is idling it has a very slight missing. It would also be helpful if your employees were easily identifiable.

We have been going to your dealership for months now trying to get our engine relaxed because there are only 26,000 miles on the car and it is using a quart of oil about every 350 miles. They keep telling us to come back every 1000 miles but the car won't make 1000 because it uses too much oil. It blows black smoke on acceleration. This car is not safe for long trips and the engine needs to be replaced. I know this is Hyundai's regulations but at this point we will never get this car fixed!

I was under the impression that there was a 48 month bumper to bumper maintenance plan; however, today I had to pay for items that were not formally identified or explained. My visit was for a 7500 mile checkup and my out of pocket expenses were $32.75. The invoice is extremely vague.
