My only complaint is that it took someone about 4 minutes to come help me when I got there. There were lots of people coming in and out of the building. No one asked if I had been helped.
I took my car Wednesday 11 a.m. I told Maggie about the problem and how I have warranty on it. She said she would look it up. Friday she called me and said the display needed to get replaced and I had to pay for it. She said I was not covered. I asked her to call El Paso Hyundai to get the warranty information because I was at work. She didn't get the info because she said I only had the maintenance. I couldn't pick up my car Friday because she was charging me $150 for the diagnostic. So I had to leave without my car since they were about to close. I called El Paso Hyundai and they were able to give me the information. The bad thing was that they close at 5 which is 4 our time. So Monday I call her at 8:30 to see if she has called anyone. She said no that she just got in at 8. So I gave her the number El Paso gave me. Few hours later Maggie calls me to say it is covered but the part won't be in until the 22nd. It's been an inconvenience dealing with her. Plus, they fixed my car but didn't switch my Sirius XM ID so i had to pay $15 to Sirius so they can switch it.

Anibal did a good job of delivering the bad news that my car would cost $1300.00 to repair. After my 5th day of leaving the car (over the weekend) at the shop, I picked it up. Then, then light came back on the next day - had to return the car to be fixed.
My serivice writer, **** Milton, and I had a little problem communicating. I wanted more information about why it would take a couple more days after my appointment to know what caused the engine light to come in and the cost of repair

She was great. The situation she jumped Into was difficult to navigate. Steve got heated but we were able to resolve the issue and your customer feels better overall.

Key fob battery was not replaced as requested until after car pick up and 2nd request. Light on dash board for tire problem is still indicating a problem!
Inferior products not covered under warranty.
Stop going to Vandergriff do to the history of bad service i have received. Tried again because I did not want to drive out to Hiley in Burleson last week. Magi did and excellent job. Much better than any previous service adviser in the past.
