Anthony exhibits a professional demeanor and calmness that makes him well suited for his job. When I had come in, I was a little frustrated by the person I had made my reservation. When I got there after driving 45 miles, the service reps could not locate my reservation. To make matters worse one rep said I had to split my maintenance and mechanical issues into two separate appointments and a courtesy vehicle could not be provided. That is where the service director and Anthony got involved and just got the work done in one visit.. They also stayed in contact providing periodic status on the work. I was there for six hours, but I expected that. But, most of all they treated me like my business and time were appreciated. That means a lot!!
Cost is always a factor when deciding not to have my vehicle repaired at the dealership.
I have been completely satisfied with my experiences wth the service I receive at Vandergriff Hyundai. Jasmine was very pleasant and helpful and gave me a printout on the status of my vehicle. I plan on continuing to bring my car back to the dealership for services.
Took too long to service vehicle. I had to call for updates. Mechanic forgot to return my GPS tracking device that plugs into my OBD port.
It started with me calling to make my appointment and ended with my rep calling me to tell me about all the services that I needed. I’ll be happy to talk to someone explain further.
She was very knowledgeable and gave excellent customer service
