I've never had to wait two hours after my oil change was said to be done and potentially pay for repairs that I didn't ask or approve to be done until today. Jasmine gave me no heads up regarding the tire situation and almost charged me for an air filter replacement, and then afterwards left without any notice and left me waiting until another attendant came to get me to sign my papers.

I waited two days before they looked at my truck just to tell me I had to take it to a different dealership because they were short handed. I felt like I was getting the run around and was not happy at all. I had to take a total of 7 hours off work and spend money on a Lyft just to get back home. If I ever need anything done to my truck I will be taking it else where. I was extremely unsatisfied!
An issue re-occred with my car over the weekend. There were no appointments available but I was able to text Fernando to let him know I would be bringibg the car in. The issue with the car was diagnosed and a plan of action was put in place. Great service as usual
They kept asking what I needed when I got there. I kept telling there I have an appointment for oil change and windshield wipers. My ac and heat is making a noise and it wasn't when I brought it up there.

My daughter waited 3 hrs to get the car looked at and the folks didn't double check with her before performing tasks that would cost more money. She is a young adult and cost matters.
She did say the people she spoke with were very nice to her so that is a positive.
Overall, when I purchased this vehicle from Vandergriff it was a horrible experience! This dealership still tries many of the old money making schemes
during the sales process that I had hoped were long gone. Vandergriff should really study how Park Place does business and try to replicate it. I bought my personal vehicle from them and every contact has been outstanding. I will not bring my daughters car back to this dealership and will not do business with you again. I also pass along to my American Airlines co-workers how poorly we were treated during the purchase. It's a shame! You can do better but choose not to
