I was hoping that Eugene would offer explanations to the service recommendations to be done on my 2012 CR-V. The service advisor I had, who is no longer at Buena Park Honda, was always helpful in explaining future service work to be done in the car.

Took 2hrs for an appointment oil change and waited an extra hour for nothing because the rep. did not communicate with me that my vehicle was done. In addition I waited an extra 20mins just for them to bring my vehicle out. I always service my vehicle at this location with no issues but I was highly unsatisfied with customer service today.
