Incomplete service after spending 4.5 hrs. Specifically asked for non-Pensoil product, but they put that cheap oil in my car anyway. Asked to check engine for misfiring, did not drive vehicle only used diagnostics, still misfiring. Did not solve a/c problem. All these service issues requires me to come back. I will never recommend your dealership in the future. Waist of my time and hard earned dollars. Incompetent.
