I brought a coupon from Honda BP. It was not honored as it read $39.99 for oil change. I brought other two coupons from other Honda dealers around BP and they were not honored either. Then I remembered why I had to go buy my Honda at another dealer far from my city dealer. Buena Park Honda is way way too picky when it comes to wanting customers satisfied. Too sad I will have to take my car to be serviced somewhere else. Other dealers around me honor each other’s HONDA coupons. I came in thinking I was going to pay $39.99 plus taxes and I ended up paying $56 and change. Jonathan did his job This was I truly believe this is a MANAGEMENT decision. Gene my service advisor was amazing. Very personable and communicative.
However, your line management leaves something to be desired. I set up an appointment for 8am today and arrived at 7:50am. The person who was assigning advisors had not one, but two available advisors and assigned them to walk in customers.
I didn’t get a service advisor until 8:10am. So I was on time but because of the way the person managing the line, your advisor was late.
Hopefully you guys figure this out for next time.

Honestly!! The service is always amazing!! I feel like every time I go to Buena Park Honda! They are always willing to help me out!! Also Joanne Martinez is amazing!! She knows her stuff! And makes the whole process of deciding on what you need to do to the car so much easier and actually explains a lot of it!

My fiance waited an additional hour and a half to pick up my vehicle after being told it would be ready in 20mins because someone forgot to call him back and let him know it was ready. A shuttle did not pick him up and he had to pay for an uber to get my vehicle. Not satisfied. My vehicle appointment was at 10:20am. My vehicle wasn't picked up until close to 2p.
