I was very satisfied that the temperature problem was solved and I have had no problems since. I also had an air-bag issue taken care of.
on the way home noticing the steering wheel bottom left hand new little ripple slices as if someone with a thumb wheel of a crescent wrench maybe had this in pocket and pushed against steering wheel .have gone to Amazon and purchased a steering wheel cover to prevent future damages to steering wheel. Have picture to show if needed.

Alex Luna was very unprofessional. Never replied to any of my texts about what the update on my vehicle was, so I was left without a vehicle for a week. When I went in to ask him about what was going on, he told me the part I needed was on back order, and as I continued to press him on the issue he reluctantly went to "check on the status" and told me that somehow magically my car actually needed a different part now and that it was there and would be ready the next day. Will not be doing business with you guys ever again, very disheartening considering the rest of your advisors I have dealt with are all great, promptly replied to any questions and concerns and always kept me updated on what was going on. Someone definitely needs to re train him on some customer service skills.
