I was highly dissatisfied and felt disrespected that my car had been there for 2 1/2 days. I never received a call about my vehicle on an update or anything i had to go down to the dealership myself just to be even more dissatisfied. I was promised my vehicle would be the first vehicle started on the next day even after i went and switched out a part myself only to be lied to an not have my vehicle worked on until i came down there asking questions about my car only to find out that it turned out to be something that I informed the advisor to check once they got my car started. My day just got worse as my amount of being charged went from 4 something and jumped all the way to 11 hundred dollars yet when i told then how i was promised a certain time i was told with a smirk that my vehicle wouldn’t have even been done by that time. I even told them I’m not gonna take my car with the issue still in question i might as well get it done. But since it was the end of the day after all the confusion I requested a loaner or rental and the manager basically told me he couldn’t do that. I am truly dissatisfied with how the service department has been since they have changed management staff it seems they only care about taking the money outta my pockets instead of making sure I’m satisfied.

I brought my car here for an oil change and they didn’t put on the undercarriage properly. I drove off the lot not noticing the mistake but then later heard scraping while going over spead bumps. I brought my car back to the dealer and asked for it to be replaced and the manager, Charlie, refused to replace it and gave me a hard time. I bring my car to the dealership to ensure that it’s going to be 100% and this is the service I receive. I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR FOR SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!
