Eugene did a great job at keeping us informed on what was going on and what was needed to be repaired. He saw to it that every thing was finished before we arrived to pick up our Odyssey. He was professional and courteous throughout the whole process.

I waited for about 3 hours for an oil change service and when I got my car, engine light was still on and my oil gauge was still at 10%. As if nobody worked on my car. How can I be sure that they really did the service I came in for?? I was also asked if I wanted a carwash but that was not done as well. I did not ask for it, though there was a big sign by the service area that car wash is back, it was offered to me. When I asked if they really worked on my car the rep that assisted me just said the tech forgot to reset my engine light and that the car wash machine is broken. He did not even bothered to check he just outright told me it's broken. He didn't mention that issue when he asked me to sign the paperwork. That service was added on my receipt but was not done. He could have told me about it I wouldn't mind. But what really upset me was buena park honda has been emailing me about the protocols the company is following to keep customers safe but employees are not following them. The rep sat on the driver's seat of my car touched my keys and reset the engine light without any gloves nor plastic cover. And Nobody came to spray/sanitize the interior of my car afterwards. Also, I saw about 6 employees without masks walking around the waiting area where customers are and I overheard a representative explain to another customer that wait time is so long because they are short staffed due to 3 employees being SICK. Hearing that really scared me. I did not feel safe, protected and valued during my visit. I understand that there are issues with manpower but I was very patient I never complained that it was taking a long time eventhough I have an appointment. But for them to forget to reset my engine light and not do the car wash that was offered to me and not follow protocols the company are promising customers via email correspondence due to Covid19, its very frustrating!! I wasted 3 hours of my time for nothing!!
