Had to wait too long for pick up. Advised Hugo of same. Attendant did not know where car keys were.
I asked the service advisors to honor my 3 pm appointment. Once I raised my voice at 3:15 that I could not wait there any longer, the advisor threatened to call the police on me. That was extremely rude of him. I was not what I was expecting.
I am not coming back to this dealership anymore.
