Alma was very accommodating. I explained that I had a meeting and would appreciate all she could do to expedite my B1 service on my Accord. She was very pleasant and made my service go smoothly. It was the first time I felt I was being an important customer. You need more CSR like Alma. Her pleasant treatment will make me more apt to return.

Mr. Tony Lagos was very professional, informative, helpful, and kind. However, he was not the service advisor who was originally assigned to me. It was Alma, and she accidentally and unknowing herself switched me to Tony due to an error in her paperwork. Not only that, she kept asking my name and had a hard time understanding my concerns about my car. It seemed like she did not know what I was talking about regarding the part of the car and its function, in my case the hubcaps. She did not apologize for her mistake of accidentally switching me over to Tony even though I had a much better experience with his positive attitude and knowledge about cars. Lastly, she sent me out saying that my car was ready but I waited quite a while since in fact my car was not out and ready to go.
He was very accomodating and friendly. He knows how listen to his customer.
