My glove compartment has a wire stuck inside. I cannot open and closed. I have use flat crew drive push it inside. I think the mechanic work on this area and now my glove compartment is not function the same /Danny

This is my second comment already. To continue on my complain when I went home and I check my wiper they said that they changed we even asked 3 times and the lady said it is already changed her name is johann Martinez .. They charged me but they didn't replace it. I went back eralt Saturday to fix it and Tony fix it but still I’m not happy they saying that they fix it even they didn’t. How can I get my trust in this place. Spending a lot of money but I’m not sure if my car is fix properly. And I have said on my first comment the diagnosis is not consistent. Here is all about money... I’m still moving forward about this my complain to the higher position so that they will not make take advantage on it.And I’m serious about it. And last I don’t want anybody asking what is my job. I feel like if I’m making money on my job they will diagnosed my car in expensive one. As I have said I will bring this one in a higher position to complain until I get my answer and get a nice service.
