First of all, I went to three Honda dealerships and Joanne was by far the best Honda representative I’ve had the pleasure to talk to. She was kind, caring, and very understanding when it came to the problem of my car. Like I said, I consulted with multiple other dealerships, freeway Honda and Hardin Honda and they both gave me reasons that felt like guesses as if nothing was wrong with my car. I explained to both previous dealerships that there is definitely something wrong and if there was any way they could take a deeper look into my car, but they didn’t as if they were too lazy to check. Joanne on the other hand made it her priority to help get my car looked at. She constantly kept me updated of the status of my car and I felt like I was her number one customer. I know she has many others but I Can bet she gave everyone else the same outstanding treatment. If I have any other concerns, problems, or even questions, I am very comfortable knowing that I can go to Buena Park Honda and request for Joanne.
