Here is my concerns.
My information in Honda was wrong. Completely different name and my coverage was wrong too. Take ownership with customer’s issue although customer’s credentials were not updated by you. From the beginning of the issue till end, I was never apologized. We are all human and could make mistake, but sympathize and apologize are the key ingredients to minimize the issues, then correct the problem.
My car was not washed, may be was not included this time. It was not great experience this time. Thank you. Caleb
