Joanne was incredibly nice and was able to get my car started and finished quickly. The only issue was that her computer was disconnecting from the internet which slowed her down. I was frustrated for her but she was apologetic about the circumstance with the connection. Hopefully it gets fixed for her. She was amazing though!

I went in only an oil change. I made it completely clear that’s all I wanted. I was told I needed a filter. I assumed it was a new oil filter. However it ended up being an engine filter. The communication between my service writer and I was terrible. In the beginning of my visit I stated I needed a clip replaced on my door. After my car was done that issue was completely ignored. The women who first greats you is also extremely rude. Overall my experience was terrible.
I didn't feel they check my car at all, like Airfilter need to change & they said no !!!! The recommendations doesn't make any sense !!! & no price for that !! How I know how much will cost me?
Joanne was excellent. Your dealer prices for certain parts I requested quotes on were quite high. I was also disappointed that the car wash has been temporarily discontinued (although as I sat in the dealership, I noticed/overheard a lot of people whose cars were being washed. But none of this was Joanne’s doing, and she was excellent to work with. I felt I got great information and service from her.
