Eugene McCoy was very detailed in his explanation on what the problem was. He gave me constant updates on the status of my vehicle while as it was being repaired.
Eugene has helped me prior to my most recent visit. I recall Eugene being professional and thorough with me and making sure everything was done that needed to be done with my routine service. This time, I had a concern with my car that literally had me in tears upon arrival. I also just lost a family member that morning so I was very sensitive. Eugene was so awesome, very accommodating and made me feel that I was going to be taken care of, and he did. He is so thorough and such a diplomatic employee. I am so confident in him as a service advisor and I hope he’s there every time I go in for service. He’s truly an excellent asset to Honda and they should be damn proud to have him.

I dropped of my car at 8:20 am they told me it would be ready by 2, i got there at 3 :10 and they still took 45min to get my car to me
When i got there they said that it was ready they where just waiting on the technician. 30min later i asked how much longer and they where just starting paper work. Then i still had to wait another 10min in blue bench to get my car. I also asked how much would it cost me to get an oil change now that my car was there for another reason and they never got back to me with a yes or no or a price.
Before they use to have better customer service i noticed its mew people there. I drive to buena park hond from los angeles because i use to like their service.
