I love buena park honda. I always get great service. David has been my service advisor 2 times in a row and i have to say he is the absolute best! David is really great at explaining everything to me step by step and he even threw in a free car wash.
Today they figured out what was wrong. I go back next Wed. Alex does Good work.

Whole bunch of workers standing around talking and did not greet me for at least 10 minutes while i waited. Two men sharing pictures on their phone/ both service providers and never even looked up. Very rude
I'll tell the manufacturer that the tire sensor "****". Otherwise the service was great at Buena Park Honda.
Understanding my time constraints with my kids, the receptionist was able to get me in an appointment this morning to avoid the long wait time with walk ins. Giovanni was very informational and provided quick text reply with my service requests. Great customer service!
It’s nothing with him but now I have two sets of wheel locks because one was in the glove box and now the glove box doesn’t seem to open or close correctly. And I don’t know who’s at fault or that’s just normal wear but I have no need for two sets of wheel locks. But Hugo was great and I really enjoy this car and the service at Buena Park Honda

Staff was helpful and friendly. Wait was a bit long but understandable because it was a Saturday and they were really busy. I appreciate receiving the multi point checklist.
