Checking into the service center took one hour even with our appointment and checking out was also very slow I think you guys need to figure out a way to process people faster on the weekends

My service advisor Eugene was amazing. Very friendly and empathetic. My issue is with the quality of work and management. Twice I came to pick up my vehicle and both times they seemed to do something wrong to my vehicle. The first time they left scratches and scrapes in my new vehicle while trying to fix my navigation. They never said anything about it when I picked it up. They did eventually fix this. However, The second time I came to pick up my car a piece of tape/felt was sticking out between the radio trim and temperature panel so I had to go home again without my car. The service manager, Oscar, was kind enough to compensate my time for the first mistake by installing a couple Honda accessories I had purchased (handle protectors and rear bumper appliqué). Also, they did provide me with a rental. However, After the second mistake by the service techs, I wasn’t happy that Oscar suggested I was being “****” (his words) about the service techs putting scratches on my brand new 2019 Honda Pilot. I paid $50,000...it was only 2 weeks old! He also made it seem like it’s my responsibility to make sure mistakes aren’t made by service techs. This is disturbing because many people don’t even know much about cars and whether or not service techs did their job correctly. Lastly , I also noticed pen marks on my leather seats and parts of the interior as well as paint on my floor mats suggesting they did not protect my car. Even the rear bumper they installed for me is bubbling up. Overal, just a disappointing experience and completely lost my trust in Buena Parks services department. They are careless with our expensive vehicles. Also, I have proof that they are not honest with their multipoint inspections from previous vehicles I brought in.
The service itself was outstanding. What I didn’t care
for was the jockeying for position at the “appointments”
line after making 8:00 AM appointment the previous day.
I do appreciate the shuttle service BP Honda
provides. It helps a lot.

FYI: Miss the fresh popcorn machine you formerly
had. Would like to see one in waiting area again.
