I had a 10:00 appointment for maintenance. I got there at 9:35 knowing that there are not enough service writers in the drive up. There were 3 sometimes 4 guys in uniform standing around talking while there was only 1 taking information from customers. At 10:00 I went in to tell them I had a 10:00 appointment today and why wasn’t there more people taking care of customers. It wasn’t until 10:16 that someone came to start taking my information. Then to have the guy inside tell me he wouldn’t buy a lease car which is what I purchased; not impressed.

I appreciated the quick service,the great customer service from the service advisor and the shuttle driver. However, I was notified via text that my car would be ready in 20 minutes it had been washed. I arrive to pick up my car nearly an hour later and it was not washed. I was not able to wait any additional time at the dealership therefore I left with it as it was.

Calling your service is awful! Took two days for someone to return my phone calls just to make an appt.finally did it on line, but never got a confirmation.was unable to talk to the service writer until my car was done.i also found there is a piece missing from my dash.see you tomorrow.
My oil change was not done on the day of my appointment. Then they took 30 minutes to find my keys on the next day when I went to pick it up:

I received new scratches on my car, there are still the same scratches on my car that were not taken care of. Also my ivory seats were dirty from one of your guys not protecting my seat with plastic. I’m very unhappy with the service I received. I’m auspice to take there again to get my seat cleaned, but I’m scared it will be worse. I really would like a brand new car without scratches on it.
