While the quality of maintenance service was good, I am not satisfied with the long wait time to check my vehicle in for a 10:20 AM appointment. My father and I arrived on time for this appointment but it was close to 11:00 AM leaving the shop. We believe that walk-ins and late arrivals should affect those of us you make and keep our appointment. I hope this practice will not cause Honda to lose loyal customers.

He was very helpful and explained what might be the problem. He also took the time to explain what other problems my car might be having and what I can do myself to check on issues. However, luckily I didn't have any other plans for the day because it took 4.5 hours to get my car serviced.
