My first time using the service center. I was so impressed. Thanks to Hugo and the rest of your service team!
First I had issues setting appointment for the service. Just put hold 15 min and 10 min until I set it online. Then I came to the appointment other cars on the appointment line not taken as when they came. Apintment 10 am and finally got a rep at 11ish. Paperwork completed and I was told Car will be ready 1:30pm when I was told to wait. I had to find the service advisor at 1:40. Car was ready 2:15pm. I notice allot of staff but poor efficiency and wasting time

I appreciate that Tony took the time to fully explain all the service details. I didn’t feel pressured, but appreciate that he took the time to explain the importance of things that needed to be done. He kept me updated while I waited for my car to be serviced. He also made sure I got out on time to pick up my children from school.
