Mr.Alex Tissot was my service advisor, he was very accomodating, personalized and helpful. He provided the information and discussed the services I need for my honda pilot. He is exceptional, he ensures I am satisfied with the service done in my car. Though it is too soon to say, but my car right is running great, the engine sound I heard before is gone and the airconditioning is good.

I never understood why it takes so long for an oil and filter change here. Regardless I came back for a second time. I was emailed a coupon speocific to my car vin number however I was told I couldn’t use it because my civic only took synthetic oil. That makes absolutely no sense. Waited three hours for my car but watched as they started to work on it after waiting already two hours. They did less than 30 minutes of work on it and then I was told it would be ready. Mechanics didn’t say anything about a note that she “wrote” down in my order. No point in making an appointment here and wasting my time. Hardin Honda is going to be my next try.
