First of all, it took me 3 hrs upon checking in and leaving and that is with an appt. Then i was told i would receive an eta by 330. My husband had to call at 443 to receive an update and was told they didnt have an info and would call back in 15mins. Then, we were told a problem could not be duplicated, so he went in and within 5 mins the technician heard the problem. Why did it only take my husband 5 mins to show them the problem. Then we were told our vechicle could be taken home as the parts were being ordered. We were told one of the problems were fixed and when we got the vechicle, the problem was worse off. Overall, horrible service and would never recommend this dealership nor service dept to anyone. Bad news travels faster than good news....

Doesn't listen to your needs and does not specify what they will be doing on your car before they start.

Eugene was very accommodating. He worked with me to determine the best course of action in which repairs should be done right now, and which could be tackled at a later time. He also helped save me some money on the repairs I did do by using service coupons provided by the store. Nice guy...he fits the ‘helpful, friendly, Honda model advertised on tv.

Finally found a service manager I can trust. Eugene was professional and delivered his promise. I have been very unsatisfied in the past with Buena Park Hondah & have been contemplating going to a different dealer, but now I will only see Eugene for any service my vehicle needs.
