When first bringing my vehicle to have my stereo replaced which was under warranty. I was told during the inspection that there was a tie rod boot damaged. I was told it was damaged from an outside source or previous work done from someone else. After my boyfriend and I were able to visually see where the damage was we had asked if it was damaged from when I had my oil pan service from your dealership previously. Hugo said he will look into it but had not looked into my previous service records before having quoted me $500 charge for repairs. It turns out the part where covered because of previous work done by your dealership and covered under warranty. Had we not looked into it ourselves we would have been overcharged for something that wasn’t caused by us but by your dealership. I would recommend having your service department representative look into previous service records before recommending an unnecessary charge to your customers.

Not a good experience. Wife brought her carin for a recall and to have " service" check a vibration when braking.
Tony Lagos authorized the work to place new brakes on the car without receiving authorization , even though the invoice only said " check and advise ".

My car had a mark on it that took the paint off. I’ve tried to reach customer service but have be unable to. When scheduling my appointment, on the phone you guys told me it would take 1 hr. I get there and they said 3 hrs. It actually took 3.5 hrs. I will never return to have my car serviced at your location again. I will be reporting my dissatisfaction to Honda.
