I was disappointed that I had to escalate my concerns related to the deflation of my newly purchased tire from your service department. Upon escalating my concerns, Mr. Rosales appeared frustrated and bothered as evidenced by him relaying that the service department was busy, and that the dealership was not liable for the newly deflated tire (a tire that was purchased from your dealership, and immediately deflated within 30 minutes of departing from Buena Park service department). Perhaps, the dealership should re-examine the assigned ratio of appointments to their service advisors, as this would prevent an advisor from feeling frustrated or overwhelmed with work, thus impacting overall customer satisfaction. My first day at Buena Park Honda was initially horrible due to an hour wait until Tony came put us at ease with his excellent customer service. He explained in detail and simple terms what our 2018 Ridgeline needs and how important these maintenance are. Thanks Tony. We will definitely see you again next time our maintenance light comes up."

I had an appointment at diamond Honda for an emission recall and when I came the repair tech was very rude and said they were too busy to assist me. David Rosales on the other hand was very respectful and helped me get my recall done in less than an hour! I would highly recommend David and Buena Park Honda to all my friends.
