I was without a car for 3 days so I was relieved to finally hear my car was done being serviced, after driving off the lot I realized my radio wasn’t working anymore(all black screen) and upon further inspection I noticed new scuffs/scratches on the rear bumper that were not there before . I was stressed out going into this situation and now I’m even more stressed because two more problems popped up leaving the situation.. my service advisor was very helpful but the service done to my car was unsatisfactory . I was wondering what further steps I should take without having to make insurance claims. I went in for a blown fuse and now I have a broken radio and new scratches/scuffs to add to the collection
