have the work completed and after having spent over $2000.
at my last appt. I didn't understand how I could be looking at another $2000.
within a year. Plain and simple I have lost my trust in Honda dealerships and will
not be dealing with you in the future.
Need to lower your prices and the wait was 3 hours long.
I was not expecting to wait an hour For my vehicle to begin basic service. I made an appointment for 3:00pm. Arrived at 2:57 and checked in with attendant. I waited for 25 minutes in my car before someone came and actually put me into the system. After check in and walk through, my car was driven into another line to wait 40more minutes before service began. The basic service oil change and tire rotation was completed in about 30 min and my car was ready. One overlook, I asked the attendant to NOT fill the windshield fluid as I am driving across country to cold below 32 climates. This was not noted and the fluid is full. So no I have to make sure to try and empty the resovoir before the trip.
If a customer books an appointment for 3:00pm, the shop should be ready to begin check in at 3:00 of that customer, a customer with a 3:30 appointment should not be qued into the system before the 3:00pm. Appt. Please stop overbooking the service department or find a new way to insure that customers with appointments are attended to promptly.

Gene McCoy was awesome. Considering that I had an appointment scheduled before hand at 2pm and arrived early, a tire rotation and oil change still took 1.75 hours. Pretty rediculous when I have appointment scheduled. I sure hope it’s not because we have a package that provides it free...

She was very attentive to me even on a busy night, I was approached and assured I was going to be attended to by her a few times as well as two other employees. She was a great joy and bright smiled while handling mine and my vehicles needs. I will definitely be back in the future for my vehicles maintenance due to her helpfulness and customer service skills.

Would request him my next time in. I came in just for an oil change. Told me what my car needed to get done. I was not pressured to do it now. Which I really appreciate. Told him I would be back in the beginning of the new year.
