Service was excellent & Tony was very patient with my questions! He was very kind and pleasant! The only downside was that the wait 3 & half hrs. However the wait was worth it because my car runs a lot smoother. Cashiers were also very helpful.

Service advisor ask me if I want synthetic oil and I said yes.. then I ask how much he said not required a synthetic but can do synthetic for 10 dollars difference and he showed me how much it is on his price board the. I agreed to do synthetic, but then i was only charged 49.87 instead of 59. Plus...yeah cheaper but my request wasn’t followed... Then the big one is on the work order it says tire rotation done... but I wasn’t...yeah they rotate it... but how can I trust the services done which I payed for, to actually have done or happened..

I appreciated the time Peter took to help determine what service was needed on my CRV. Also, the change in checking in for my scheduled appointment. Unlike, my experience in April when I had a scheduled appointment for 10:30 and was told to get into the non-appointment line, I waited 2 hrs, before my car was serviced. What was the point of my appointment? But because of the delay in service I could not take care of that day. Roxy (Roxanne?) called after I completed the survey about my experience and offered 50% off the 38,000 mile service that was due. I was hesitant to go back for service, but needed to take care of my car. I made more than one call to Roxy, to make arrangements for this last appointment and she did not return any of my calls. I was finally able to make an appointment with Adriana & still no return call from Roxy. Your customer service is lacking. I’m hoping for continued good service. Thank you.

Peter was awesome. This review is not about his service, as he was the one efficient part of the whole process. Let me start with my first visit, which was actually on Monday, December 3rd. I arrived in the middle of the day, to get a simple oil change done. I pulled up and waited to be attended. And waited. And waited. Finally, I flagged down one of the people in the service area that had walked passed me numerous times, without so much as a greeting. He explained to me that walk-ins are taken at a rough ratio of about 3 appointments to 1 walk-in. By that time, I had waited at least 30 minutes. He informed me that my best bet would be to make an appointment. I explained that I had tried, but Saturday was not an option online. He mentioned that I could go inside and make an appointment. I did that. I show up on Saturday and it really didn't take that long to get checked in. I signed in to get a ride home and sat in the guest lounge. It ended up that someone had crossed my name off, so I didn't get home until about 2 hours after I had signed in. Later in the day, I received a call and went to go pick my car up. I checked out, paid, and was told to wait in the waiting area for my car. So, I went outside and waited. And waited. And waited. 27 minutes after I paid, one of the many associates that had walked past me without so much as a greeting, walked close enough for me to ask him why it was taking so long to get my car back. A couple of minutes later, he pulled up with my car. During that time, I had a chance to read some of the posters that lined the service area, touting the benefits of being serviced at the Honda Dealership. I haven't had that experience. The oil is nothing special, the Honda filters I can buy online, the waiting half my day being passed by multiple dealership associates to be ignored, I can pass on. As a matter of fact, it took me longer to wait to pick my car up after I had paid, then one of those Valvoline places to actually complete an oil change, with the same oil blend, and a genuine filter bought online. Again, Peter was the easiest part of this whole process.
