I was called at 930 to inform me the car was ready. I let them know i would be there in about an hour. Upon arrival it still took half an hour to get my car because they started to wash it right as i got there. They had an entire hour to do this. It was inconvenient to wait for it.
David did a great job explain what services were to be provided and at the completion of the services what they found.

Gene was terrific. My gear shift knob had broken and I couldn’t get reverse. It was 3:15 pm on a Saturday. He got me in and had briefed others that I was on my way. He got the repairs done within 30 minutes and I was on my way. Terrific service!!! Could not be happier.
