Eugene was great and the facility found a problem and fixed the sway bar as explained. However, the noise I brought the car in for is still there and it seems to be louder now.

Such a great advisor...i have followed her from another dealer...just awesome. ..

I made an appointment for an oil change at 11 am. I arrived at the dealership at 1030 am to not be assisted for another hour. I took about 5 hours for a simple oil change ! I didn’t leave the dealership till close to 3 pm. I wasn’t even offered a courtesy shuttle nor a discount for having to wait for such a long time. This is the reason i don’t come to the dealership due to it taking so long to get something simple done. I will seriously think twice before I even consider coming back to get service done. I will take my chances at other places. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service offered at this location. Once I paid my bill i was told to go wait outside and someone would bring my car to me. I waited about 20 mins before anyone even acknowledged me and attempted to locate my vehicle. Needless to say I am not sure if I would return to this location for service
