David is a very excellent service advisor . He is very knowledgeable very nice ,patient ,and very outgoing and friendly . He took care of my broken switch in a reasonable timely matter .He cAlled me back when he said he would. I will go back to him on my next service . Very honest too.
Saturday morning I didn’t have an appointment, I went in as a walk in. I waiting 20 minutes before anyone approached me to ask what I was there for. There were serval employees standing around. Everyone’s attention was making sure the appointment line wasn’t backing up. Again I understand that, but when no one was pulling up in the appointment line, I should’ve been approached.

I am completely unsatisfied with today’s overall service. I realized after I paid that I was overcharged for a basic service that included only an oil change and tire rotation. I had a coupon which I presented at the beginning of my scheduled appointment and it was acknowledged in the estimate I was provided come to find out I was overcharged at the end without an explanation as to why. I was also told the person in charge of refunding was not available until Monday which makes no sense at all. Why would only one person have authorization to refund in a huge dealership?! I felt completely scammed. When I drove away from the dealership my tire pressure light comes on only to find out the mechanic didn’t properly calibrate a BRAND NEW CAR TAKEN IN FOR ITS FIRST SERVICE. I find out also the oil change life percentage isn’t reset which makes me question whether or not work was done AT ALL on my car. I had to call repeatedly to get someone who was helpful (Hugo) who instructed me how to reset the oil change percentage. I shouldn’t have to do Honda’s mechanics work for them. I felt completely scammed today and frustrated. This level of service is unacceptable and should be reviewed for Honda’s expected quality of service. To be asked to provide a review of 100% satisfactory twice during my appointment is also tacky and would be considered a complete lie.
I came into Honda to have my civics flat tire repaired and was very satisfied with the service. I was greeted Steven pleasantly which was great as it is nice and rare to see such great customer service in a amotomotive repair service place. Then I was introduced to my service representative which informed me of the specific routes and options that I have in case my tire could not be repaired. Overall the service and customer service gets a 10/10
