Giovanni was very helpful. We were traveling back home and he got is taken care of us very quickly. He spelled out what the problem was and what we should do when we got back home.
He was very courteous and friendly, although there was confusion where I did not want my car washed because I had already had it washed & did not want to wait due to other plans that day. Despite that, tony was very understanding and I hope he knows I was not upset with him and hope who ever is his superior is able to see what an amazing job Tony has done.
I was told the service would take about an hour and a half, but they were done within an hour. I was ver pleased and my car was washed.
