Scheduling an appointment was useless. Kept waiting while cars that came after me went first. Your services are over priced I called other dealership and priced your recommendations and both were a lot lower than what I was quoted

It took long for just an oil change even though i made an appointment. My car didn't get a wash and the service light wasn't reset. Person that reset my light was not wearing gloves in this covid 19 time. Not happy with my experience at all!

Checking was a little slow but every thing else was fine . Every one was very friendly and nice.
I was quoted an price online to replace the valve cover gasket $306.92 out the door. The final price ended up being $305 + tax. I was confused by that price, since I asked the representative when I called in what is the price with tax for that repair and they gave me the out the door price. I tried to use the 10% yelp checking in for first time service (purchased car at bp Honda and never have done service before), they said I was getting a good deal already.

The service representative that helped us check in our car for servicing was very rude! We have never had a good experience at this location. We only came here because we have moved back to Orange County. We usually use the Honda Carson location when we lived in Carson and their service was amazing!!!! I’m disappointed to see that after years of not using this Buena Park location that service still has nicotine improved. My experience here is still very unsatisfactory.
That’s why I choose to come to Honda in Buena Park because of how nice and helpful everyone is!!! Special thanks to Tony for going above and beyond to make sure that I get the best deal and everything goes well! He’s awesome!!!

The dealer was very pushy with trying to charge me for the diagnostics. When my car wasn’t blowing cold air due to a leak in the condenser. Which was not my fault at all.
I actually had Steve Choi as my sales person. He was fantastic.
