I went to drop off my car and he kept me waiting while he chatted with a girl while sitting in my car. When I picked up my car he said it was right outside and when I walked out it was not right outside. It was parked far away and the only way I found it was to hit the button on the FOB so the car horn could sound off. When I got to the car it still had plastic paper in the car. Not a very good experience.
5 star all the way. Kurtis is very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I would go back again for another maintenance.

I really would have appreciated if someone had let me know that my appointment would take 3 hours. I only needed to get my tires rotated and my oil changed. I wanted to check out my AC system, but there was no one available to do that. That was fine, but I thought that if I at least made an appointment, I would not have to wait 3 hours. I waited 1 hour in my car before heading inside. If you’re short on staff, don’t take so many appointments. If you are going to take so many appointments, please let me know how much time the service will take before I set an appointment. Also, it would have been nice if Mr. Lagos had told me my car would be done after 5. I did not appreciate that he told me it would be done at 4:40. He told me that if I was going to step out, I needed to be back at Honda by 5:00 sharp because that’s when the business would close. My car was done being taken care of at 5:20. If multiple customers are also waiting, the business should have had more physical distancing protocols in place. I had to be wary of people not wearing masks, and even the employees stood a little bit too closely to me as I signed papers. Not all employees were wearing masks or using gloves or hand sanitizer. If being busy is going to keep this service center from observing safe practices during this time, I don’t think I will schedule my future appointments here.
Alex was professional and courteous the entire experience. This was the 3rd or 4th time getting my civic repaired at this location and Alex helped me throughout the entire process and made it seamless while texting me updates on the repair. Thanks again!

Johnathan was professional, efficient, pleasant and thorough. I usually use Hardin or weir canyon but BP is now my preference. Maybe an oil change next. Hopefully my Honda won't need more ;)
