The staff were courteous even though a bit harried due to being short-staffed.
Jonathan Vera was thoughtful, spoke clearly and calmly, and listened to my anecdotal non-vehicle concerns, as well as addressing my vehicle’s needs.
He was honest about how long it would take (long!) and let me know he had obtained a lower price for the work done.
Once again Buena Park Honda sent a customer on their way with a happy heart.
Service part was great. Jonathan, Kurtis and the woman that logged in my car were all great. I had an appointment at 8:20 am and my car did not get checked in until 9 am. I think you are booking too many appointments at the same time, or too close together.

Service was good, It wasn’t great because I had to wait for service help longer than I cared to. My experience with associate was quick and to the point. I did appreciate that from him. The wait for 2 hours was horrible for an oil change. However the complimentary car wash made me forget about everything I didn’t like once I walked out and got into my car.
