I’ve been going to Buena Park Honda for almost 2 years for service. I’ve been charged around $17 - $18 for engine oil change labor only (with engine oil & filter provided). But without listening to customer, who is providing previous transaction invoices, it was charged at $27 by saying whoever charged before should’ve not done it that way. When service agent is not listening to customer and blaming co-worker for previous transaction is not what I expect to see when I walk in to the dealership.

Gabriel was very professional. I came on as a “walk in” so I expected to wait a long time. No, I was out within an hour as Gabriel said. The coffee and snacks were a nice addition to the wait time. I would recommend your service department to anyone. Very pleasant experience.

Arrived to dealership service line and waited 15 minutes before anyone approached me and verified my appointment.
After confirming my truck was ready and I was given my paperwork, I waited outside. No one retrieved my vehicle until someone approached me and asked if I’ve been helped.
My car had an unpleasant odor inside that was not present when I dropped it off. I was so tired from the poor service I rolled down the windows and left the dealership.
Tony explained everything that’s need to be done with my van.. He quickly called me when my vehicle was ready.
