It was a great experience having our car serviced at BP Honda. Oscar made sure we were taken care of. Everything was explained in detail. All questions were answered. All of our needs were met. All options were discussed. For sure would recommend BP Honda to our friends and family. Here customer service is top priority Thank you very much

The discouraging aspect is the shuttle service.Maybe there should be a schedule so that the customer can plan ahead instead of getting anxious while waiting.

Giovanni did a great job providing customer service. I come from honda in cerritos where I purchased my car and where I get my service done. I can to BP honda as a last min and was happy they had open appointments. But as far as the service that was done on my car I felt as if it was just done to get it done. Apparently everything is good (green check marks) on my car. When I know in the past honda has addressed the issues or issues that will need to be done in the future or next visit. I know that my tires are wearing out.. so how is it that my tired passed with a green check mark. Or one of my tail lights is low but they didnt mark it on there and in the past it was. Or my wipers. They need replacement and I am aware of it but at BPH they didnt even bring it up. I was told my filters will need to be replaced next oil chnage. But yet were still marked green. When usually its marked yellow in the past. My car is very important to me and I worked to pay it off and keep it running great. To come to a dealership and feel like they werent honest. Does not make me feel safe or come back to BPH. That is all.
