Eugene is always very accomodating, very welcoming and helpful. Even if I dont want to spend money but when he says get it done, I listen and follow his advice because he has a very pleasant personality that one can't help but trust him. I however have a complaint on the time it takes for an oil change and brake fluid to get done, I had an 8:20am appointment, I arrived at buena park Honda at 8:10am, was seen by Eugene 5 minutes after. Receive my initial paperwork after 10 minutes, everything was fast and easy until I had to wait till 11:45am for my service to get done. Is this normal waiting time??? Almost 3 hours, if this is not normal and if you think I waited too long, does it even make sense to make an appointment when the walk ins will be taken cared of first? If you think that I shouldn't have waited that long, please advice your mechanics to make sure that they attend to people who made an effort to make an appointment to be serviced on a timely manner because most cyatomers who sets an appointment means they have other plans for the rest of the day. Eugene is great but the long waiting time was not so great. Please fix it.

The service was good, however your employees should be trained to introduce themselves at the outset of the appointment. I met with two different men. One of them did not introduce himself at all, and Brian did not do so until the end of the intake. Each meeting should start with “Hi, I’m Brian, I’ll be assisting you today.”
