On time as promised. I didn’t have to wait this time. I had a terrible experience. Even I had scheduled the appointment in am, I had to wait for so long to see the service personnel.

Ms Martinez was very nice. I was completely appalled with the enormous increase in service cost though. Today I paid $234 for the same service I paid $89 for last October. I can understand an increase but almost triple is ridiculous. Sorry but I won’t return to
