No one attended us when we came to drop off the car and had to sit in the car for 30 minutes. Further,Car mechanic did not know whats covered under our service plan and kept saying that you have to pay for everything, which later dropped when he found that everything was covered in our maintenance service plan.

Joanne is lovely and she had put me appease multiple times. Though my Car still has the problem it came with after being at the dealer for a week and a half. I need my vehicle to run at 100% for work, school, and getting to other locations. I’m going in tomorrow to hope it can still be fixed.
Ms. Joanne was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. She kept me informed as time was a bit of an issue. I appreciated her efforts in helping me to be in my way quickly. She was also incredibly personable, and I didnt feel like just any other person. I felt valued.

Eugene was fine. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, and was third in line. It took over 45 minutes before an advisor came out to help me. One helped a person without an appointment, who arrived at the same time I did, before me. During that time, I saw advisors standing around their work stations drinking coffee and talking. This kind of service is unacceptable and need a to be addressed.
