Joanne's customer service was excellent! I took my car in for a regular oil change, but was advised other items needed to be replaced/repaired. At no time did Joanne seem pushy or made me feel forced to get the extra (unplanned) parts replaced. She informed me of payment options and still assured me I didn't have to purchase any additional items, but highly recommended I get it taken care of ASAP. I was there longer than expected, since I decided to get the extra items taken care of. Joanne made it a point to check in with me periodically and kept me updated throughout the unexpected wait. By far, the best experience I've had at BP Honda. Thank you Joanne and Santos!

Hugo Novoa is one of the most competent diagnosticians I’ve ever seen. Not only did he find the problem, he also quickly identified various options. With his help, I came to the conclusion it was time to purchase a new car, which I did at BPH. Keep Hugo on your staff. It’s people like him that will keep me coming back to BPH.

Joanne is amazing! I was waiting in my car and she came over to assure me that I would be taken care of. On that day there were about 4 cars in the appt. line and 2 of us that didn't have appointments, she was the only service person out there working ( and I did notice that there were 3 other gentlemen sitting inside) she walked up to my car and she was so pleasent to talk to understanding my needs....I've worked in customer service for over 24 years and the service I received that day was AMAZING!
