She restored by willingness to keep coming back to your dealership. I only returned after my interaction with the man the day before because the service I needed was covered under warranty.

Made appointment for 9:40am, arrived and checked in 9:30am.
11:30 am and car was not touched and 2 techs in express service with one car.
My oil change was completed at 12:30 pm...3 hour oil change! When I purchased the vehicle new from Buena Park the finance guy wanted to sell me a service plan. I asked him twice if I could have the oil changed at any Honda deal-ship with this service plan, he looked me in the eye and lied. I would never purchase another vehicle from BP because of this incident. No..not happy at all.
